Prompted Indent

When  indenting a block of text with a prefix using the keyboard shortcut the user will be prompted for the prefix to insert in the status bar prompt as shown below:

If the status bar prompt is disabled or the user opts to indent the selection from the text menu the prompted indent dialog will be used instead.
